Description
This comprehensive piano teaching program contains the identical first three sections fo the "Keyboarding Lessons" portion of Voyetra's Discovering Keyboards program, with an additional three instructional sections that teach more advanced keyboard skills. It can be used as a standalone product, or as an upgrade of Discovering Keyboards.

Although it does not contain the "Game Room", "Keyboard tour", or "Understanding MIDI and Synthesis" sections found in Discovering Keyboards, Teach Me Piano includes a "Musician's Reference" section - a helpful written guide to the basics of musical notation that includes instruction, terminology, and examples in a well-organized, cross-referenced unit. It also contains the "Songbook" found in Discovering Keyboards.

Ease of Install / Use
The program installed without difficulty on our test PC, after asking for the installers name, company, and the product serial number.

Best for / Bottom-Line
This program appeals most to the serious piano student who wants the basics in a no-frills package. It is better suited to an older student, who has committed to learning to play the piano and wants a program that takes the user through a higher level of instruction.
